Shipping policyÂ
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. For you to estimate the time by which you will receive your order, the processing time and shipping have to be add up. For instance: 1 day processing time + 2 days shipping = 3 days to receive your order.
Potential delays can occur within period of high volumes and holidays such as, black Friday, Christmas... Also, if postal services are experiencing issues. These situations are out of our control but we will do our best to make sure you will receive what you have ordered from us.

Local pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in Telheiras, please reach out through email info@verbenaherbals.com to arrange a pick up time. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our local pickup hours are from 2pm to 4pm and from 6pm to 7:30pm from Wednesday to Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Spain, Austria, Ireland, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Greece, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Denmark, Finland, Poland, Estonia, Malta, Norway, Sweden, Lithuania, United States and Canada.

To calculate your estimated date of delivery, you have to take into account the processing time (1-2 days) + the shipping times which starts the next business days when the processing time is over.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Verbena Veneris Lda. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you havenât received your order within 7 business days for Portugal and Spain and within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@verbenaherbals.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We do not ship to P.O Boxes
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Please consult our return policies here.
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. The cost of the return is to be paid by the costumer.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@verbenaveneris.pt with your order number and a photo of the itemâs condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
