Use water at 85°C-90°C (not boiling) to preserve the delicate white tea. Steep 1 teaspoon (2g) to 2 teaspoon for 3-4 minutes. The gentle temperature protects the precious antioxidants while allowing the sweet fruit flavours to bloom.
